  • Craig Domanski, Ph.D., BCBA-D

    Founder and Director // Dr. Craig Domanski is a doctoral-level behavior analyst (BCBA-D). He has been working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders for over 20 years. He earned his Ph.D. and M.A. in ABA from Caldwell University, an Association of Behavior Analysis International (ABAI) Accredited Doctoral Program (one of only nine in the world), and his undergraduate degree from Rutgers University where he spent almost a decade working at the Douglass Developmental Disabilities Center. Aside from his work with DATA Group Central, Dr. Domanski currently sits on several Boards and Committees, where he helps to further the quality of services available to families and professionals, and is one of the leading experts on navigating health insurance coverage of ABA services for individuals of all ages who have Autism diagnoses. He has also served as a lecturer in the Georgian Court University ABA Program.

  • Allison Parker, M.A., BCBA

    Chief Clinical Officer// Allison Parker is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst completing a dissertation toward her PhD in Applied Behavior Analysis at Caldwell University. She is currently the Clinical Director for DATA Group Central and provides adjunct instruction for graduate level behavior analysis coursework. She previously completed a pre-doctoral internship with the Kennedy Krieger Institute at Johns Hopkins University, and has served as the Externship Co-Coordinator and Advisory Board Liason for the Associate of Science in Autism Treatment. Allison’s research interests include staff training, verbal behavior, and functional communication training, and she has presented her work across local, regional, and national conferences.

  • Ben Rhodes, M.A., BCBA

    Clinical Supervisor // Ben Rhodes received his Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis at Caldwell University and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Ben has worked in both home and clinic settings and possesses expertise in behavior reduction programming, skill acquisition programming, and staff training. He has presented his own research at state, national, and international conferences including: the New Jersey Association for Behavior Analysis, The Berkshire Association for Behavior Analysis and Therapy, and the Association for Behavior Analysis International. 

  • Ashley Silberman, M.A., BCBA

    Clinical Supervisor // Ashley Silberman is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who received her Masters of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis from Caldwell University. She has been in the field for 12 years and has experience working in both home and clinic settings with a variety of age groups. Ashley has presented her research on multiply controlled intraverbals at regional and international conferences including: The Berkshire Association for Behavior Analysis and Therapy and the Association for Behavior Analysis International. Ashley's research interests include compassionate care and diversity, equity, and inclusion.

  • Norelle Bondar, M.A., BCBA

    // Norelle Bondar received her Masters of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis at Georgian Court University and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Norelle has worked both in home and clinic settings for 5 years and has experience with collaborating with a team to reduce problem behavior, building skill acquisition programs and staff training. She has presented her own research at the Eastern Psychological Association, NJABA and Autism New Jersey conferences. Her research interests include ABA in health, sports and fitness, practical functional assessment, and evidence-based staff training.

  • Melissa Granite, M.S., BCBA

    Clinical Supervisor // Melissa Granite is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who received her Masters of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from Simmons University. She attended Seton Hall University for her Bachelors in Science and is a certified Elementary and Special Education teacher. She has been in the field for 9 years and has experience working in home, clinics and school settings with a variety of age groups. She started her teaching career in Newark where she assisted in developing and opening the districts first self-contained classroom. Melissa’s current research interests include utilizing the Early Start Denver Model to drive her programming with her younger learners as well as implementing compassionate care practices with the families that she serves.

Our team has several BCBA-Ds on board, and many BCBAs with experience from top schools and programs. Our therapy team comprises the most dedicated professionals in the field, many of whom are pursuing their own BCBA certifications or doctoral degrees.
